Does your Church, Business or Organization want to be a part of a hurting family's story this Christmas?
If the answer is "YES" then this is for you! "An Urban Christmas Story" is a community based missions project designed to serve families in need this Christmas season. Think of it as an "angel tree" for practical things like electric bills & rent. Participating is simple and it's a great way to get your congregation or community group involved .
How does "an urban Christmas Story" work?
1. Sign Up - Sign your church, business or organization up. Call or email Laura King. We have pre-made gift tag packets based on the size of your congregation or group.
2. Pick Up - Get your gift tags at the CMC office.
3. Set Up - Hang the gift tags on your tree, wreath or welcome center.
Participants will take a gift tag from the tree and then purchase the needed item or make a donation.
