Rapid Rehousing

Designed to help the homeless and those in danger of becoming homeless, Rapid Rehousing offers individuals:

• One-on-one assessment to review qualifications

• Housing research, financial assistance and placement

What to Bring:

• Proof of income

• ID

• Current bill or financial obligations

Will Need To:

• Secure a lease and utilities in their own name

• Complete a budget form showing ability to sustain rent

• Income/employment verification
