July Church Spotlight: University Church of Christ

Behind every story of hope at the Conway Ministry Center is a community of churches faithfully living out the hands and feet of Jesus. This month, we're honored to recognize one of those faithful partners: University Church of Christ.

For many years, University Church of Christ has been a steadfast supporter of the Ministry Center, continually finding meaningful ways to invest in the people we serve. Whether through volunteers, generous donations, or simply showing up when there's a need, they have demonstrated what it looks like to love a community well.

One of the ways they faithfully partner with us each year is through Feed the Need, our largest annual food drive. Last year, thanks to churches like University Church of Christ, our community collected more food than ever before—helping ensure that families throughout Central Arkansas had access to meals during times of hardship.

Most recently, their church family brought something just as valuable to the children staying at the Refuge: joy. Their team arrived with volunteers, meals, games, crafts, and Bible lessons to host a special Vacation Bible School, filling our campus with laughter, excitement, and reminders of God's love.

What we appreciate most about University Church of Christ isn't simply what they do—it's their consistency. They continue to show up. They continue to serve. They continue to partner with us in bringing hope to our neighbors.
