Staff Spotlight: Tracy Peacock

When people ask what Tracy Peacock does at the Conway Ministry Center, the easiest answer is to say she's our bookkeeper.

The more accurate answer? She does a little bit of everything.

After serving faithfully as a volunteer for many years, Tracy joined our staff in 2023 and quickly became one of the steady foundations of our ministry. While she keeps our financial operations running smoothly, her impact reaches far beyond numbers and spreadsheets. Tracy is often the person behind the scenes making sure staff members feel encouraged, supported, and cared for as we carry out the mission of the Conway Ministry Center each day.

Tracy has also played a key role in helping secure award-winning grants that have expanded our ability to serve families throughout our community. Her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to the mission have helped open doors that continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of our neighbors.

What makes Tracy especially gifted in ministry, however, is her compassion.

Having experienced the heartbreaking loss of her son, Samuel, Tracy understands grief in a deeply personal way. Through that journey, God has equipped her with a unique ability to sit with people in their pain, offering not only practical assistance but genuine empathy, understanding, and hope.

Tracy and her husband, Dennis, call Conway home. Together they are the proud parents of four children—Samuel, who is in heaven, Amanda, Daniel, and Joseph. They are also the delighted grandparents of a precious granddaughter, Gabby, whose visits always bring smiles to the Conway Ministry Center.

We are incredibly grateful for Tracy's faithful service, servant's heart, and the countless ways she reflects the love of Christ to our staff, clients, volunteers, and community.

Simply put, the Conway Ministry Center is a better place because of Tracy Peacock.
